Food and Nutrition Policy: Course Description

Rolf Klemm and Keith West, instructors in the Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, deliver the course content in a lecture format. OpenCourseWare participants will follow the evolution of food and nutrition polices and develop a basic understanding of key definitions and issues. Issues discussed include food subsidies for those living below the poverty level, FDA nutrition labeling standards and more.
