Creating Open Educational Resources: Course Description

The Open University's OpenCourseWare, 'Creating Open Educational Resources' helps student learn to develop a free online self-study course First, students study research on online learning methods evaluate some examples of self-study Open Educational Resources (OER). Then, using various resources, students will plan, design and write their own Open Learning course. Students will also learn how to evaluate their own course and other Open Learning courses. This free undergraduate-level class on Open Education takes about 15 hours to complete.
