Earnings can range from $63,610 for advertising and promotions to $87,640 for marketing managers, $84,220 for managers working in sales, and $70,000 for managers in public relations managers. Salary Wizard swz.salary.com stated that the salary for a Communications Manager in the United States ranges from $70,364 to $93,783.
