Supply Chain Planning: Course Description

Learn techniques and strategies that will lead to a cost effective supply chain plan that is easy to manage and easy to implement. This OpenCourseWare is offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)'s Sloan School of Management and delves into inventory systems to help students determine which is best for their business plan.
