Law and Society in U.S. History: Course Description

The 'Law and Society in U.S. History' OpenCourseWare covers topics including what law and the Constitution are, property and equality before the Civil War, and conservative and liberal Constitutionalism. This free OpenCourseWare from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is taught by Professor Christopher Capozzola.
