Utah State University is a 4-year, public school located in the small city of Logan, Utah. The land-grant and space-grant university's largest academic college is related to the humanities and social sciences, but it has strong engineering and agricultural programs as well.

Utah State University was founded in 1888 as the Agricultural College of Utah, and today provides undergraduate and graduate degree programs to more than 23,000 students. The university focuses on research opportunities, and has long standing ties performing aerospace research with NASA and the Department of Defense.

In addition to its main campus, Utah State University offers extension programs at campuses located in Brigham City, Tooele and Uintah Basin.
