The free graduate level course is offered at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is part of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department. Dynamic Systems and Control: Course Description
'Dynamic Systems and Control' OpenCourseWare shows students to study the linear, discrete- and continuous-time and multi-input-output control systems. Some of the lecture topics include transfer function matrices, optimal regulation, state-space models, modes, dynamic systems, system norms, observers and controllability. The on-campus course was taught by MIT Professor Munther Dahleh in 2003 in a lecture session format two times per week followed by recitations three times a week. Students taking this course should be familiar with MATLAB because the homework assignments incorporate the use of this software to work on problems.
