The Sloan School of Management at MIT in Cambridge, MA, offers this OpenCourseWare class to teach academics to reach a variety of different audiences, including colleagues, students, funding panels and agencies, publishers and editors and the public. Course materials teach students how to give effective oral presentations and peer review manuscripts. Course assignments the opportunity to practice oral and written communication.
