Crime Control Technology: Course Description
The topics covered in this course center around surveillance techniques used in the name of crime prevention. The controversies surrounding the unchecked increased usage of closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras are featured prominently. Students will consider the ethics of these technologies and learn how they have been heavily implemented through the United Kingdom.
