About the University of the Southwest

The University of the Southwest has been providing students with a Christ-centered education for about 50 years. The university prepares its students for servant leadership while encouraging cooperation throughout its supportive learning environment. The University of the Southwest seeks to maintain excellence in all aspects of the higher education experience, including academics, campus life, and student activities.

Students can pursue graduate or undergraduate studies at University of the Southwest. Programs are available in areas such as education, English, business administration, criminal justice, psychology, global business management, finance, and accounting. The university also offers online courses in many different subject areas.

University of the Southwest is an accredited member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Applicants to University of the Southwest undergraduate programs must be at least 18 years old and already have a high school diploma or GED. Applicants to the university's graduate programs should be at least 21 years of age.
