Northcentral University provides students with a personalized learning experience by using a one-to-one teaching model. For each course, students are paired with a faculty member who is available to support the student. All of the faculty members at Northcentral hold doctoral degrees and are highly credentialed.

Students who enroll in Northcentral University, which is regionally accredited, can pursue a doctoral or master's degree through the Schools of Business and Technology Management, Education, Psychology, and Marriage and Family Sciences. To make getting an education easier for students, Northcentral University has courses that start weekly, a flexible online study option, and doesn't have any physical residency requirements. Northcentral University also offers students access to a library, writing and dissertation center and a virtual bookstore.
