New Castle School of Trades Overview

The U.S. Department of Education recognizes the association as a non-profit, private accreditation agency. It is now call Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) - formerly Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology.

Admissions and Enrollment Overview

The New Castle School of Trades expects prospective students to meet with an admissions representative prior to applying. The school believes that this process helps inform the individual of the demands they face and helps the school gauge each student's commitment to their program of interest.

At this time, students also submit a qualification form detailing their work and educational history and then an application. A decision is then made based on information in both the application and the qualification form. The school typically admits most, if not all applicants and sees about 330 applications per year.
