The Market-Led Organization: Course Description

This undergraduate course aims to highlight the many differences between a market-led organization and an organization that simply uses Marketing as one of its tools. Market-led organizations focus on the customer's needs rather than simply choosing the easiest process. Many related topics are covered, such as identifying the customer and managing relationships. The course assumes a basic knowledge of the fundamentals of Marketing and examines the many different approaches to Marketing that are available to an organization. This class investigates the six market model - which demonstrates important corporate relationships - and the way in which it relates to both commercial and non-profit organizations. The course examines the overall relevance of the concepts of Marketing to a corporation.

Included with this course are an exhaustive study note guide and a list of recommended reading. If you're interested in this free course, visit the organizational marketing course page.
