Operations Management: Course Description

Students pursuing their Master of Science in Management Studies take this free course to learn about accurately and effectively applying the principles of operations management. This course covers product development, supply chain and product management. Students also discover how each aspect of operations affects other aspects and how to make them run smoothly to satisfy clients.
