Human Supervisory Control of Automated Systems: Course Description
This OpenCourseWare offered by the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT in Cambridge, MA, covers all automated systems within our economy that require some form of human supervision. Students learn how human interaction with the system is necessary to make certain that the devices are working according to required specifications. The course explains how human supervision prevents dangerous conditions caused by fault device failure.
