Dynamic Leadership: Course Description
Professor Lakshmi Balachandra begins this course with an overview of improvisation in comedy and theater. Readings, drawn from books and magazine articles, follow the course's movement from acting to management. The course concludes that improv skills can be applied to strategize and manage in a changing business environment. Course topics include improvisation an intro, improvisation methodology and learning about leadership from improvisation.
