Active Galaxies: Course Description
'Active Galaxies' is an intermediate-level undergraduate course offered through the Science department of The Open University. This course teaches students about the different types, models and characteristics of galaxies. Students will also learn about active galactic nuclei (AGN) and black holes. OpenCourseWare students will learn the basics of active galaxies, including their characteristics, classifications and measurements.
