Technology-based Business Transformation: Course Description

Running a small business is a constant challenge, especially during the first few years. However, by implementing technological advancements and effectively marketing your business, a transformation can occur, keeping you on track and in control. Offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)'s School of Engineering in Cambridge, Massachusetts, this free OpenCourseWare discusses a number of ways to develop, envision, communicate and launch a business plan. MIT Professor Irving Wladawsky-Berger teaches this course about developing technology-based businesses and applying technology to businesses of all kinds.
