Technology for Professional Writers: Course Description

The 'Technology for Professional Writers' OpenCourseWare is designed to expose writers to the skills needed for the highest paid and sought after writing jobs. Through a series of lectures, this course begins with a discussion of the history of writing and the uses of technology. It then shows how technology has changed and adapted to become an indispensable aspect of professional writing. Students also learn about the role of computers in writing and other related skill. This course is led by Utah State University Professor David Hailey, Ph.D.
