Advanced Circuit Techniques: Course Description

This OpenCourseWare from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology provides practice in using creativity to design analog and analog-digital circuits. You will design on paper advanced circuits, such as sample-and-holds, multiplexers, gain-controlled amplifiers, analog multipliers, and analog-to-digital or digital-to-analog converters. The course also includes laboratory assignments that focus on using modern analog circuits. Professor Robert Laberge teaches this free graduate-study course. The class is one of a series of three courses on analog circuits; the other two courses, which are prerequisites for this one, are 'Solid-State Circuits' and 'Feedback Systems.'
